Laikas short film Letter to Obama is one out of 20 films that have been selected to participate in the OIC Youth Capital Film Awards on the short-list. During two months, more than 800 were submitted.
The short films will be judged by the JOINT international jury in Istanbul in the coming weeks. The winner will be announced on 23rd November 23, 2015.
